Northbrook Girls Softball Association is currently seeking experienced candidates for assistant coach positions. We have seen great success in growing the development of our players and elevating our entire program by adding dedicated and knowledgeable role-model coaches to our program.

Preferred candidates are those who have either played and/or coached at the high school, collegiate, or professional level. Consideration will also be given to individuals with experience coaching within travel or recreational softball leagues. Hours required will be contingent upon the finalized league schedule and number of tournaments entered, but will include primarily evenings and weekends. Our travel program runs indoor training from January through April, with the goal of getting outside as early in April as possible. Our travel season ends in mid to late July.

Additional compensation options are available through our Fall Ball program, assisting with our House League clinics, and engaging in private lessons with players/families.

The Northbrook Girls Softball Association (NGSA) is a girls softball organization located in Northbrook, IL that fields 10U, 12U, 14U and 16U travel teams.
