In order to coach for Northbrook Girls Softball you need to fill out and submit a Background Check Form
every season. Even if you have filled one out in the past, we need one every year. Please download, and complete the form
and send it to the NGSA PO Box listed in the "Contact Us" section of the website.
Please also fill out and submit our House Coaches Agreement. |
